Please read so you'll have a great understanding of when your shipment will arrive, and what happens if the order takes too long.

What's Typical for orders placed Mon-Fri:
Typically orders placed by 2:00 PM CST Mon-Fri ship-out on the same day so that overnight orders arrive the next *business day, 2nd day orders arrive the 2nd *business day, and ground shipments arrive within 3-10 *business days. (Saturday ,Sunday and Holidays are +exceptions.) There is additional time required for International orders.

What's Typical for orders placed Sat-Sun:
Typically orders placed Sat-Sun ship-out on Monday so overnight orders arrive by Tuesday, 2nd day orders arrive by Wednesday, and ground shipments arrive within 3-6 *business days from Monday. (Saturday ,Sunday and Holidays are +exceptions.) Please note that an overnight order placed on FRIDAY, will not arrive until MONDAY, the next *Business day unless you specify Saturday shipping by calling or write it in comments, and agree to the higher Saturday shipping rate.

What's GUARANTEED for orders placed Mon-Fri:
All orders placed by 2:00 PM CST Mon-Fri will ship-out by the next *business day. And from the time they are shipped-out here are the transit times that we guarantee: OVERNIGHT = 1 *Business day, 2ND DAY = 2 *Business days, GROUND = 10 +Business days. Saturday ,Sunday and Holidays are +exceptions. These times DO NOT apply to International Shipments

What's GUARANTEED for orders placed Sat-Sun:
All orders placed Friday (after 2:00 PM CST) thru Sunday night will ship-out by Tuesday so your overnight shipments are guaranteed to arrive by Wednesday, your 2nd day deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by Thursday, and your ground shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 10 *business days from Tuesday. Saturday , Sunday and Holidays are +exceptions.

-if your OVERNIGHT delivery is one day late of our guaranteed time we credit $10 back, if it's 2 days late of our guaranteed time, we credit back a total of $24.00

-if your 2ND DAY delivery is one day late of our guaranteed time, we credit back $14.00

-if your US GROUND SHIPMENT or any other shipment takes longer than 10 business days transit time plus the time it takes us to ship-out (24 Hrs. weekdays/72 Hrs. weekends) we will refund the shipping cost.

- if your INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT is more than 45 days *business days transit time, plus the time it takes us to ship out (24 Hrs. Weekdays/ 72 hrs. weekends) we will reship at our cost.

(NOTE: We do not automatically credit you. To qualify for any refund on the shipping cost, you must call or email us within 2 business days of the arrival of your shipment so we can verify that your shipment has taken as long as you say, and we'll credit you back the right amount from above.)

For Airmail to Canada, delivery is $10.95 and will take an average of 14 *Business days. Express Shipping via FedEx is $50 and up and will take 1-3 days (please call for estimate). We cannot track airmail packages.

For Air Mail to the UK and most of Europe, delivery is $20, and will take an average of 14 *Business days, to a month depending on the destination and current customs regulations and conditions. Delivery via FedEx is available, and generally will take 3 - 4 days. FedEx charges are by estimate with a minimum of $80 and up (please call for estimate).
